Leadership

Brad Brooks, Executive Director

Brad Brooks

Executive Director

Brad has served as Case Manager, Education Instructor, and Director of Social Services at SECH. He holds a Bachelor’s from Lipscomb University and a Master’s from Converse College. A running enthusiast and avid San Francisco 49ers fan, Brad and his wife, Katie, have four children: Reese, Ellie, Hattie, and Will.

Josh Propst

Director of Operations

Josh Propst serves as Director of Operations and brings more than 28 years of nonprofit executive leadership, youth development, and child advocacy experience to SECH. He holds a bachelor’s from Appalachian State University and master’s from Clemson University. Josh enjoys sharing his love of the outdoors with others and bringing people closer to Jesus Christ through shared outdoor experiences. At church, Josh serves on the worship leader’s team and is a Deacon of Missions. Josh and his wife Stephanie have two children, Zachary and Elijah.

Robert Kimberly, Executive Director Emeritus and Counselor

Robert Kimberly

Counselor

Robert serves as a counselor at SECH and brings decades of leadership experience. He holds a B.S. in Social Work from Lipscomb University and an M.A. in Human Services from Nova University. He is a South Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, National Board Certified Counselor, and Licensed Adoption Investigator.

Foster Care Outreach Coordinator

Jon leverages his business experience and ministry background to recruit and support foster families. A graduate of USC Upstate and former collegiate baseball player, Jon is passionate about connecting children with loving, Christian homes.

Caitlin Ingle

Foster Care Supervisor

Caitlin joined the SECH team in 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Charleston Southern University and her Master of Social Work from the University of West Florida. She enjoys coffee, books, and board games, and is passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful ways.

Page has served SECH since 2023, focusing on event planning and engaging with children on campus. She lives in Greenville, SC, with her husband Mitchell, enjoys walking her German Shepherd Raven, and playing pickleball.

Mark supports the financial health of SECH, ensuring resources are used effectively to serve children and families.
